Health & Safety

Youth Medical Form — Download, fill out, print, and hand to a Troop leader every year (do not email)

Adult Medical Form — Download, fill out, print, and hand to a Troop leader every year (do not email)

High Adventure Medical Form ( ONLY) — Must be completed and signed by a physician

Uniforms

Trailmen are required to purchase a Troop shirt, lanyard, and shoulder loops. Hats are options, but highly encouraged to be worn at Court of Honors.
