Health & Safety
Youth Medical Form — Download, fill out, print, and hand to a Troop leader every year (do not email)
Note that Trail Life now only recommends immunizations.
Adult Medical Form — Download, fill out, print, and hand to a Troop leader every year (do not email)
High Adventure Medical Form (
ONLY) — Must be completed and signed by a physician
Activity Permission Form — If siblings are going to come along, a permission form is needed.

Uniforms
Trailmen and dads are required to purchase a Troop Uniform, which includes the official uniform shirt, lanyard, and shoulder loops, as well as the official Trail Uniform, which is a t-shirt. The Trail Life hat is optional, but highly encouraged to be worn at Court of Honors.
